Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product positioning, promotion, and sales growth. By developing market strategies and coordinating cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures product success in the target market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Identify target markets, market opportunities, and potential threats.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and implement product positioning, pricing, and messaging strategies.
- Create differentiated value propositions and collaborate with the sales team for effective promotion.
3. Marketing Strategy & Promotion
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and trade shows.
- Work with the marketing communications team to develop promotional materials such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.
4. Product Launch & Market Entry
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Manage product go-to-market strategy, supporting new product development and optimization of existing products.
5. Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Maintain customer relationships to gather feedback for product improvement.
- Participate in customer interviews, focus groups, and user testing.
6. Performance Evaluation & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, using KPIs to measure success.
- Provide regular market performance reports and improvement recommendations to management.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or above in Biology or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing management or product marketing preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in market research methods and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
Language: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
